(一) 煽动抗拒、破坏宪法和法律、行政法规实施的；

(1) Inciting to resist o`r breaking the Constitution o`r laws o`r the implementation of administrative regulations;

(二) 煽动颠覆国家政权，推翻社会主义制度的；

(2) Inciting to overthrow the government o`r the socialist system;

(三) 煽动分裂国家、破坏国家统一的；

(3) Inciting division of the country, harming national unification;

(四) 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；

(4) Inciting hatred o`r discrimination among nationalities o`r harming the unity of the nationalities;

(五) 捏造或者歪曲事实，散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序的；

(5) Making falsehoods o`r distorting the truth, spreading rumors, destroying the order of society;

(六) 宣扬封建迷信、淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、 恐怖，教唆犯罪的；

(6) Promoting feudal superstitions, sexually suggestive material, gambling, violence, murder;

(七) 公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人的；

(7) Terrorism o`r inciting others to criminal activity; openly insulting other people o`r distorting the truth to sla`nder people;

(八) 损害国家机关信誉的；

(8) Injuring the reputation of state organs;

(九) 其他违反宪法和法律、行政法规的。

(9) Other activities against the Constitution, laws o`r administrative regulations.

第六条 任何单位和个人不得从事下列危害计算机信息网络安全的活动：

Article 6.No unit o`r individual may engage in the following activities which harm the security of computer information networks:

(一) 未经允许，进入计算机信息网络或者使用计算机信息网络资源的；

(1) No-one may use computer networks o`r network resources without getting proper prior approval

(二) 未经允许，对计算机信息网络功能进行删除、修改或者增加的；

(2) No-one may without prior permission may change network functions o`r to add o`r delete information

(三) 未经允许，对计算机信息网络中存储、处理或者传输的数据和应用程序进行删除、修改或者增加的；

(3) No-one may without prior permission add to, delete, o`r alter materials stored, processed o`r being transmitted through the network.

(四) 故意制作、传播计算机病毒等破坏性程序的；

(4) No-one may deliberately create o`r transmit viruses.

(五) 其他危害计算机信息网络安全的。

(5) Other activities which harm the network are also prohibited.
